sir, when i checked the voltage across drain my power meter unable to give frequency, does it means frequency of drain voltage varies????

To be able to help you arrive at an answer we are going to need more information.

What LED Driver are you using?
How are you configuring it? (Vin, # LEDs, LED Configuration, LED Drive Current, Type of input power supply?
What power meter are you using to measure your circuit?

we are using Flyback convertor,

input specifications:85-265V.

Vout = 48V,Iout=150mA,

AC power supplu

I do not have enough information to help you understand what you are seeing.

What LED driver are you using and what is your test set-up?

On a different note if you are still figuring out how you want to approach this application you could look PMP6551 , PMP5770 , PMP8010 or the LM3448 .
