I'm posting this for a customer,

Hi, I'm designing a 110/220 -> 12v 2A off line switching power supply using a TL3842/3/4/5 and I've read all the related documents you have, but I'd like a more solved circuit with BOM ready to make a quick implementation 'cose it's a standard circuit and I want a well known and tested design. Do you have any examples using that IC (additionally to the U-100A AN, that has only one)? or any book with examples of that kind of circuits to recommend or sell? I'll appreciate your help. Thanks and best regards.

    What is the input range? 100kHz will be a good choice for swiching frequency. I would choose TL3844 for the controller and flyback as the topology. For Mos-Fet a 800V device with 3A Idcont. rating would suffice. For output rectification a 6A schottkey diode is ok.

    The transformer needs to be properly designed and wound. If you want I can help you there.
