bq51050B / NTC temperature monitoring

Hi Everyone,

Now our customer is evaluating bq51050B and they have question about NTC temperature monitoring as below.

  1. bq51050B can not monitor temperature via NTC during discharging, right?
  2. Can we stop charging at 45 degC? That means that they want to stop charging at T3 without IBULK/2 charing.

    1. Bq51050B will only monitor the temperature to enable or disable charging. It will not monitor the temperature for discharging.
    2. Unfortunately the Jeita TS profile cannot be changed. Customer can modify the threshold of the T1/T2/T3 and T4 but they can't change the profile.
