PV bit is set in Charging status but not precharging.

I have a 2S2P LION configuration and wanted to see how it recovers from Cell undervoltage.  Discharged the pack below 5V and CUV and then CUCV were set as expected.  Cell 1 recovered to 3208 mV and Cell 2 2543 mV.  Charging status PV bit is still set but there is 0 current flowing.  One curios thing VAC at the test connector is 1200mV but AC adapter voltage in the registers only shows 9100 mV.   Eval is set up to use hardware precharge.

    OK, I figured out the pre-charge circuit is enabled but the 1A load has sucked the life out of the VSYS. My guess is a setting somewhere that limits current in pre-charge mode. Since I'm able to run the load and charge in normal charge mode, how do I configure to run a 1 Amp load during pre-charge?

    OK changed Pre-Charging Current from 250 mA to 1250mA and let the external Precharge circuit handle it, but is there a better way?
