Hello, There is 3 regulators inside the TPS65400 but we have a very few information about them in the Data-sheet !

There is no information about their output capabilities !

It is possible to get some information about VDDD maximum current output and also for VDDA/VDDG. ?

Those regulators are intended for internal use. VDDD is also used to pull up multiple signals though so I suppose there should be a specification for the current. Let me see If I can find it.

Hello, John

Have you found some information about the VDDD ?

VDDD is powered by VIN ant there is a quiescent non - switching , no load typical current about 8mA.

But I still cant find the maximum admissible value.

It use for internal degital and driver circuit, as John said, it can use for some digital pull up. i will check the test data and reply you the admissible value next monday.

The output current of VDDA, VDDG, VDDD should not larger than 10mA.
what do you want to use those voltage for?

Thanks Eric,
Currently I'm using the VDDD for some pull ups on the board, I just wanted to verify if VDDD can source about 5mA without problem.
