Hi team,

My customer is designing a 12V to 5V DC/DC based on LM22676. The circuit works properly after regulated. But the start up waveform seems abnormal. Each time the circuit is enabled the DC/DC keeps switching several cycles and the VOUT ramping up, however, the switching halts once the VOUT ramps up to about 1V and keeps in that state arround 50us and then switches again. See below waveform for start up waveform. Could you please help me verify if this is a correct response?

    The behavior is OK.  The output voltage can increase a little faster than the internal soft-start ramp under some conditions.

    So, there will be a pause in the rise of Vout until the soft-start ramp catches up.  This condition will change with load and input voltage.
