TPS23754 - FRS and BLNK pin

Hello,

When the customer probe the FRS or BLNK pin by Oscilloscope or touch by the hand to these pins, the output was disabled or oscillated.

Could you please let me know this reason and are there any counter measure of this?

Asaki-san,
There is probably some kind of noise (as the datasheet states, it is a high impedance pin) that is coupling to the IC when you touch/probe it. What is more useful in measuring/probing that relates to these pins is the switching waveforms themselves.
