Thank you for your reply.
According to customer, they need more than 500us so the startup time must not become less than 500us.
Because, this specification is demand of the LCD panel(Load device).
Therefore, they would like to know the minimum value of the startup time.
Could you please let us know this value?
This value does not need to be a guarantee.

I don't know whether this device is a reference design.
Because, Our customer does not disclose information of the panel.

The following is the information that I have.
[Customer’s specification]
-VPOS & VNEG is +/- 5.4V(TBD).
-Startup time of VPOS is more than 0.5ms(500us).
-Startup time of VNEG is more than 1.0ms.
-Output current = 15mA(normal load current) , more than 100mA (when startup).
-Output discharge function is required.
