UCC38051's hold up capacitor "C3" and capacitor max RMS current "I RMS_C3" is shown by (15) calculating formula of attached file "ucc38051.pdf".
However, the costomer suggests formula of attached file "suggested formula.png".

Which is correct formula of I RMS_C3?
