TPS65023B unused Comparator

We are using TPS65023B in one of our design with DM368.

There are two 1V comparators PWRFAIL and LOWBAT.

1) We do not need to use the comparators and would like to know how to terminate them.

I didn't find any details regarding unused comparator in the TPS65023B datasheet.
