Could you tell me about TPS65400 SDA and SCL,I2CADDR,I2CALERT pin?
Is the pull-down resistance set up by these pins?

    NOt sure whether you got answer from email or not. I post answer online here in case.

    SDA: HiZ input with an open-drain output for SDA acknowledge, no internal pull up/low resistor.

    SCL: Hi-Z input, no internal pull up/low resistor.

    I2CADDR: Pull up current source output, no internal pull low resistor.

    I2CALERT: open-drain output, no internal  pull up/low resistor.
