Can I get a BQ7716xy with a 4.5V protection limit, active high output?

Hello, The BQ7716xy datasheet specifies contacting TI to get a voltage limit higher than 4.35V. I am using a high capacity cell and would like a 4.5V part. 

How do I get this?

I Need:

OVP: 4.5V

Hyst: 0.05V  (if something is available with a different hysteresis, I can accept that for a shorter lead time)

Output: CMOS Active High
