I make a circuit calculated with Wbench using LM3150. I decide to use a syncro platform to improve performance and reduce heating.

The only thing that i change is the MOSFETs

The circuit work, the output is 10V with an imput over the 14.5V, under this the output decrease a bit and under 13.0V the device enter in security mode, output switch on and off.

Also, it difficultly get 1A, it work good under 0,5A. All device are very cold.

I'd like that my DC DC converter gets a current of 2.5A limited vith an output of 10V with an imput from 10.5-11V to 15V.

I solve one problem, I increase the capacitor on VIN and now my circuit work at every input voltage but the output is not stable relatively to VIN.
An other problem that now i see is that increasing output current, the output voltage increse too.

Hello,

i solve all my problems finally.

On my PCboard i had a GND plane in the copper layer byt the LM3150 Sgnd was in component layer, connectedto GND nearest possible to power connector.

I change my PCB and i connect Sgnd to GND plane near LM3150.

Now all work in the best way.
