how to solve this problem?

    Hi Tony, welcome to the forums!

    What version of bqEVSW do you have installed, and what particular variant of bq27541 are you using (-V200, -G1, etc.)? If you are using the -V200 or -G1 variants, consider using bqSTUDIO instead of bqEVSW. It's TI's newest software and offers more functionality than bqEVSW.
