72V output and 1mA max with very low noise

Hi,

      I would like to generate 72V from 6-10V driving very low current 0- 1mA and very low p-p ripple ~0.1mV. Webench simulations can't get anywhere near this

noise ripple. Would it be possible to add an number of filters to get  down to this ripple AND/OR use a component like

TL783?

Is so, which upconverter would be the best to use and would it be advisable to add a few mA load.
