Hi,
I am using a BQ76920 IC and as I went through the datasheet, I didn't found yet any explanation about what kind of component it used for Dietemp beside that a voltage value proportional to the temperature can be read from the ADC, where the voltage coming from. So my question is what kind of a device or component it used.
