Hello,

Please answer following question from customer.

TPS6102x has power save mode.

Please advise how to calculate threshold load current that TPS6102x change between fixed PWM mode and power save mode.

Please advise if threshold load current has hysteresis, and advice its value.

the device enter PFM when valley current of the inductor is closed to zero, that means the inductor current ripple is higher than two times of the average input current. there is no hysteresis.

may i know the application detail and why customer need this data?

Hello Jasper-san,

Thank you for your answer.
Application is Flowmeter and customer want to know this data because of ripple voltage is different between PFM and Power Save Mode.
