LM46001 or LP38798

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LP38798, LM46001

hello,
I am using an OP-amp, in which  it is required to  6V DC voltage and 80mA current  to get work the internal circuit of the Op-amp .I want to minimize ripples and -noise of my DC supply.
I got power supply in my lab which can give -15V to 15V DC. now I need a an voltage regulator IC which can give me 6V of voltage and 80mA current at the output.
so far I am considering LM46001 or LP38798. Both are giving my required output voltage and current.
can you suggest me which voltage regulator IC should I use for my work , while noise and ripples must be minimum as possible in output. Or is there any other ICs which can I use for my work. I'm working on room temperature.
