Hii..

I am need of a boost controller IC which is capable for the below mentioned spec.

Vin(min) - 12V

Vin(max) - 36V

Vout - 65V

Iout - 5.5A

Fsw - 525KHz.

Kindly suggest a chip. Pls do the needful.

I would look at TPS40210 or LM5121. Let me know if either of those are suitable for you.

Hii,

Required Synchronous switching. TPS40210 is Non-Synchronous.
LM5121 , when operating with a high PWM duty cycle the Low side N channel MOSFET device will forced Off each cycle. (Information from datasheet). Whether this will deliver full power at 12V for a switching frequency of 525Khz.

It is listed in the EC table. Minimum is 50mA
