Before I used to use BQ34Z100. For this I have document SLUA664 where is described how to configure data flash.

I can't find this document for ne BQ34z100G1. Where to find it?

New chip has few new parameters and I need to know how to configure it.

We have not updated the document for the bq34z100-G1, but I have requested that marketing add it to our list of collateral. In the interim, I can help with any parameters that you need help with setting. If you are using Li-Ion cells, then you do not have to be concerned with the PbA and NiMH parameters as they are ignored.
