bq40z50 Discharging at -30 Degree

I let the Pack pack rest at an ambient temperature of -30 degree for 20 hours.

I am using load mode 0 (current mode) and the reseve cap is set to 200 mAh. and Load Select is set to 0 (Avg I Last Run)

The estimated remaining capacity shown by the bq40z50 was around 2700 mAh, but the load showed an discharged capacity of 3380


so this results in an error of  (2700 + 200)/3380= 0,858 -->15%

RSOC, ASOC and Remaining capacity show totally false values.

The battery Pack says, that

    Your ChemID was probably characterized down to 0 degC at a nominal load current, so it will probably need to be tweaked to support lower temperature operation. We do not have the tweak tool online yet, so we can help with run it for you. Please provide an email address and I will send instructions on collecting the data required to tweak the chemistry data.
