Hi all,
I am using a gate driver UCC27211. The gate driver gives the PWM to the upper switch and lower switch of a half bridge. I am intending to switch the MOSFET's at frequency up to 250kHz.
In order to add extra safety and avoid shoot-through due to unwanted closure at the same time of top and bottom switch, I would like to insert a delay circuit between the PWM input signal HI (pin 5) and the gate driver and between LI (pin 6) and the gate driver. I know I could do it via software , but I would like add this feature via hardware just in case anything happens. I would like to introduce 100ns turn-on delay on the PWM waveforms. I am using the MOSFET as per data below:
Datasheets | IPx072,75N15N3 G |
---|---|
Drain to Source Voltage (Vdss) | 150V |
Current - Continuous Drain (Id) @ 25°C | 100A (Tc) |
Rds On (Max) @ Id, Vgs | 7.5 mOhm @ 100A, 10V |
Vgs(th) (Max) @ Id | 4V @ 270µA |
Gate Charge (Qg) @ Vgs | 93nC @ 10V |
Input Capacitance (Ciss) @ Vds | 5470pF @ 75V |
Do you know if Texas Instrument has an Integrated Circuit that can produce such a delay?
Thank you very much
