Hi,

I just bought a EV2400 and when I plug it into any USB available in my computer (W7-64 bit), the device is not recognized.

It's shown as unknown device in device manager with the following status: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

I had another module that stopped working all of a sudden with all lights off, so I bought this one.

What do you think is wrong with this module?

The EV2400 is a HID device and uses built in Windows drivers. Try disconnecting the USB and reconnect again within a few seconds and see if does the same thing.

Same thing,
I've tried this in several USB ports on my computer.
They all do the same thing. Unknown device.

Do you have another computer that you can try? What type of computer are you currently using?

Can you confirm that a USB mouse or memory stick detect properly on those ports?

Yes, I can confirm every USB device I have works on that port or any other port.
In fact, I use my AVR programmer on the same cable I plugged EV2400 into.
