Where can I find wave solder compatibility data for TI products? I am specifically interested in data for UCC28701 controller.

    At this time we have not completed wave solderability evaluation for UCC28701. I will communicate your request to the business unit that owns the device and have them provide feedback on the schedule to you.

    A device in the same package has been evaluated to be viable device for wave solder. Note that viable does not mean qualified or guaranteed - end users must ensure wave soldered devices conform to their manufacturing and quality requirements.
