I am working on Li-Ion battery battery charger.

We are struggling to rationalist the differences between BQ24192 and BQ24295.

Please let me know difference between BQ24192 and BQ24295.

1)Can you please provide more information about Boost mode and PIMD pin function with VBUS and without VBUS?

2) Which pin selection required for adapter power input?

Regarding 1, since the intended application for bq24295 is powerbank, its boost output is from PMID, with Q1 between VBUS and PMID off. For bq24192, the boost output is from VBUS.
Regarding 2, adapter power input is attached to VBUS when in charge mode.
Another key difference between the two parts is the maximum input voltage.

192 will have the boosted available at both PMID and VBUS. Current limit is performed through the FET between PMID and VBUS.

295 only has boosted output available at PMID.

Thank for your support.

As Per my understanding is that for 192 and 295, VBUS and PMID pins are internally connected through a FET.

In boost mode of 192,boost output available at PMID and VBUS.
In boost mode of 295, boot output available at only PMID.

Please correct me if I am wrong on this.

Also while we connect 5Volt input on Vbus pin using adapter/USB VBUS,Can We get output on PMID pin in both ICs(295 and 192) and Boost mode disable automatically?

Your understanding is correct.

Boost mode will not enable and will auto disable only on bq24295 when VBUS is attached.

When adapter/VBUS attached,Can we use PMID output for other peripheral input in BQ24192 and BQ24295?

With adapter connected at VBUS, FET Q1 between VBUS and PMID will be on. The adapter voltage, less a slight voltage drop from the current across Q1, will be available at PMID for either device.

Per datasheet section 9.3.1.5,

The boost operation can be enabled if the following conditions are valid:
1. BAT above BATLOWV threshold (VBATLOWV set by REG04[1])
2. VBUS less than BAT+VSLEEP (in sleep mode)
3. Boost mode operation is enabled (OTG pin HIGH and REG01[5:4] = 10) - requires I2C communication
4. After 220-ms delay from boost mode enable
