Datasheet or specs for CSD58864D

Dear community,

I currently working on a notebook repair where the VCore is driven by a 58864D Mosfet Module.
Because of internal shorts I have to replace the part.

Sadly I can't find any specs or datasheet nor can't it be ordered anywhere.

Does anyone have some details on the part or where I could get the datasheet?
Is there some kind of a "datasheet hotline" @ TI?

Alex,
This MOSFET is a custom part, and as such, the datasheet is proprietary information. We can recommend a similar part with the same footprint?

Because I'm not really interested in the specs of the part
it is sufficient for me to know a replacement type.

And that was the difference in CSD86350Q5D? .... Ie, it could also be used as a replacement for the CSD86350Q5D ?.

The difference between the CSD86350 and the CSD87350 is the CSD87350 has 30BVDSS and the CSD86350 has 25BVDSS.

Either should work in your system.
