I need the MTBF/FIT info of LMZ31530RLGT as it is not mentioned in the TI website. Kindly provide the MTBF/FIT details.

Hi Vijay,

The MTBF spec is included in the datasheet. See the Package Specifications table on page 3 of the datasheet. Calculated MTBF for LMZ31530 is 26.5 MHrs.

If i consider that as the MTBF, then when i compare the other datasheets MTBF's (which is mentioned in Package specifications) with the one mentioned in TI website (that is in Reliablity estimator) there is no match between the two values, which one to consider as the correct one?
