bq24105 D1 spec

Dear all.

Please teach me the specification(Ppk, PD, Ipp, If, Vf, and so on) of D1(out to GND diode).
MMBZ18VALT1 is used in the datasheet, but a request specification isn't understood.

I'd like to use a different device besides MMBZ18VALT1.
Therefore, I want a requirement of D1 specification.

Hi PAN-M,

This diode is still being sold. If you need to use another one, I would look for similar Ppk, VC, IPP, VBR, IF and VF, in that order. Lower the Pd the better.
