LM5025, 60W DC-DC Converter problem

Hi All,

Design Details

Input Voltage : 18 to 60V Dc

Output :53V @ 1.2A

Topology : Active Clamp Forward

We are facing the problem with load regulation, Converter is working fine till 500mA, once load increases more than 0.5Amps output voltage is falling down to 49V DC .

There is no problem with current sense and feedback circuit.

Hi Katta,
From you description, i cannot tell the reason.
However, if feedback circuit work well and IC can output big duty cycle enough, the output should behave normal.

Could you attach the schematic? We can tell the waveforms needed then.
