A couple of questions on the PG_N output on the BQ24296. As per the DS, it is an OD output requiring a 10K PU resistor.
1) What happens if this output is floating?
2) If this output is connected to an input with an internal PU that has a range of 46K-230K. Will this range of PU be sufficient or could it cause issues?
We have two different boards using the BQ24296 that each implement one of these scenarios, so would like to understand the implications.
