Single Event Effect Info

Does TI provide any Single Event Effect information for their products? I am looking for SEE data for the TPS3820-50 Supervisory Device, or a comparable device expected to behave similarily.

Hi Alex,

I am not aware of this data for TPS3820-50. I am not really familiar with SEE testing, but it appears to be largely used in space applications. Perhaps a space qualified device is better suited toward your application:
