TPS65133 land pattern

Hello,

Our customer has the following question...

Can you verify the land pattern of the TPS65133 switcher chip for me? 

It is supposed to be a WSON12.  The reason I ask is that what I'm finding now is a little different than when I created the foot print.  I want to be sure before I send the board out which is soon.

 

Any help would be appreciated!  Even if its just verification that document DNT0012B does correctly define the footprint.

    Hello Jackie,

    DNT0012B is a different package than the one used for TPS65133. Please refer to the last pages in the datasheet for the details. The package used for TPS65133 is DPD0012A.

    Example differences:
    DNT: 4*4mm, 0.5mm pitch
    DPD: 3*3mm, 0.45mm pitch

    Are there CAD footprints and .step files available for this part anywhere?

    I don't see them anywhere on the product information pages, so just wondering if you have a
    pad layout for this package already.
