Hello,
I am seeing a number of failures of this device. The faults are not always the same. The type of faults I have seen are shorts between VIN and GND, or VOUT and GND. These faults are present before the board has been powered up.
The failures I have seen so far are with the following device markings - 3AAHK3G3 and 3AAIIVG3.
We are about to get another build of boards from our PCB manufacturer and I am worried that I will see a 20% failure rate of these devices.
