Hello,

I am trying to install the driver for EV 2300. I have the bq76940EVM AFE. I install the drivers mentioned in the manual and connect the bq76940EVM to the EV 2300 and plug in the ev2300 to a computer USB port. I get a message saying USB device not recognized. When i open the bq769X0 eval software i get a message saying A free EV2300 or EV2400 communication adapter connected to this computer in not available. All adapters are in use by other application or are not connected to the USB port.

Plz halp me with this issue.
