Hi

It appears that the BQ25895 is restricted by the 'US Government Export Approval' - at least its datasheet is. Is it fair to assume that the sale of the chip is also restricted? If so, what is required to purchase large quantities of it?

I've spoken to Digikey, but I believe the sale decision is made by TI.

    bq25895 IC does not have export restriction. The datasheet is restricted for competitive purposes. If you sign up on the TI website using a non-competitor company email address and request access to the datasheet, it will be granted.
