Communication error BQ3060 and EV2300

Hi,

I have problems with my battery pack and the EV2300.
bq evaluation software (0.9.59): The ev2300 connection could not be initiated! please close this program and try again. (No USB board detected)

If I use battery management studio (unfortunately not suitable for the BQ3060) detects it automatically a 3060_0_14 device. so the USB driver for the EV2300 works (I think).

what am I doing wrong?
