Rdson(T) = Rdson(25) * Temp Coefficient

where Rdson(25) is just the typical Rdson provided on the datasheet and the temperature coefficient can be seen in Fig 8.

Figure 8 is rough scale. My customer want to know the value of Temp Coefficient by each temp.

There is no way to calculate this. It must be measured. I have provided that measured values for the CSD19536KCS below. Values in between those measured can be interpolated.
