What are the drivers required for EV2300 to use it under W XP?

Are there any other drivers of TI which can cause conflicts with EV2300's drivers?

Hi Ionut,

If you are using a 32-bit version of Windows, you can download the drivers on the product page under software.

If you are using a 64-bit version of Windows, you can download the drivers from this E2E post. 

Make sure to install the software as an administrator (i.e. right click and install as administrator)

It did not worked. The EV2300 still appears as an unknown usb device in Device Manager. Also Battery Management Studio says "No free adapters found"

Are you using 32-bit or 64-bit Windows? Also did you make sure to right click the installation file and install as administrator; this step is crucial as some of the files will not install properly if you do not do this. 

I was able to reproduce the problem on a 64-bit version of Windows, and successfully installed the drivers for the EV2300 using this link. The software recognizes the EV2300. Please try this to see if it will resolve your problem.

I am using 32b version. I did run the setup file as administrator.

If you are using Windows XP 32b SP2, you can download the drivers from this E2E post.

If you are using Windows XP 32b SP3, there have been a couple of instances where users could not get their EV2300 to work with XP SP3. In each case the issue was resolved by reloading Windows. Something in the Windows update causes it to sometimes quit detecting the correct ID for the EV2300. The issue can also be resolved by using the EV2400.
