availability of TPS62743 samples

Hi,

Presently we are developing an ultra low power system for which I found the part number TPS62473 WLCSP to be suitable. However I am not able to place sample request for the same. Is it feasible to get 4/5 Nos of free sample chips for our evaluation purposes to India?

Can you specify the issue with the sample request? What happens as you are not able to place an order?

Did you use the "request sample" button as below?

I tried the same. I get an error as displayed below.

"Your account does not have access to samples. Please remove the highlighted devices, or, purchase these parts in order to checkout. To learn more click here"

Actually it seems that there is something with your account, not the availabilty of the DC/DC converter...

Sure. I will get in touch with them. Meanwhile since it is an urgent requirement, Is it feasible to request samples on my behalf while I can get this issue resolved? That will of much help.

Can you please chek your problem with the help.ti.com team first. In often cases, these things can be solved within a couple of minutes and you can go on. If it should really take longer, I will place an order for you.

Hi Bill,

The part number in my first message was a typo. Sorry about that. The part number I want is TPS62743. I used the link that you provided, I see that the part number TPS62743YFPR is getting added but I still get the same error on checkout. I have attached a screenshot below. Can you please check?

I see the issue. One or more of our product groups has blocked Cypress because we compete direectly with their parts. Please send me you shipping address and the part number and quantity to ti_store@ti.com. I will get them shipped.
