Hi,

Customer has a short and small spike ( < Vih of DDR_VTT_CTRL @ 0.61V) on DDR_VTT_CTRL and saw VTT rail is enabled shortly. May I know what could cause this while DDR_VTT_CTRL is still under the Vih level?

Probably a GND bounce near the VR4 FBN. The VTT LDO uses the VR4 sense GND as its sense GND. Sense GND is the FBN. It might be particular to the FBN of the VR4 and could be caused by GND bounce on the GND near the components.
