Below schematic is for TPS65131-Q1 design and we want to add a buffer circuit with TPS65131-Q1, does TI have reference design for this buffer circuit？

Hello Jacky,Can you explain more what you intend with a buffer ?
Regarding your schematic, it looks quite ok, except that the output-capacitance is quite low, i recommend to add another 2x 4.7uF on each output rail.
