Hello

I am designing a battery balancer for 4 series cell battery using Bq76pl536a . I have designed pcb and i have done the manual routing its working. But still its showing have errors in the IC,which was generated by TI software only.The main errors are clearance and Overlap in the IC pads. In the attachment i have mentioned the screenshot of the errors. Could any one please tell us some measures or suggestion to resolve these issues. And can anyone let me know what is the drill distance for bq76pl536a IC

Thank you , drill size problem i solved but clearance and overlap due to IC is still exist. so can u please suggest me what to do for solving those errors and via size i cant able give . All of the errors are clearance and overlap only that too only from the IC.

I am not familiar with Eagle so I suggest you to contact Eagle and get their advises.

I really can't tell much from the error message because it was cut off.

I am guessing that problem is coming from the pad on the bottom of the package not being properly connected but not 100% sure.

Again, get support from Eagle if you can.
