Purchased a EV2400 Battery Analyzer from a vendor and it was DOA. In order for them to replace it I need to have someone from TI verify that it is defective.

Brian,
When you say that the unit is DOA, what test did you do to determine that state? Did you connect the USB port to your computer and the EV2400 was not detected? What type of computer and operating system are you using?

It is not recognized on multiple computers a desktop running Windows 7, a laptop running Windows 10. I tried installing the support package for EV2400 in the bqEVSW software tool with no change.
