We are seeing high failure rate of the TPS54527 part. When it fails it has a low resistance from the VREG5 pin to ground. We are getting a 10% fail right out of production and we think 5% coming back from the field after a production pass. Schematic and parts are right out of Webench. Does any of this sound like something you have seen before? Any suggestions?
