Half-Bridge or Full-Bridge control IC for automotive grade

Hi Team,

My customer is looking for Half-Bridge or Full-Bridge(phase shift isn't acceptable) DC/DC control IC that has automtotive grade(Q-100).
Secondary side control is also required.
Is there appropriate device for this requirement?

I found UCC28251 ("400-Vin DC to DC Converter" of datasheet page.1) but it seems automotive grade isn't available.

Is there any solution for TI?
My customer assumes the following input/output specification.

input: 36-48V(DC) or 72-120V(DC)
output: 13V / 15A

Hi Yaita-san,

The LM5021-Q1 and the LM25037-Q1 are the two controllers that are most suitable for this power range and have automotive qualification.

Thank you for your reply.
However my customer wants the Half-Bridge or Full-Bridge controller that can be configured for secondary-side control.
(If he uses primary-side control, 130V input rating is required.)

Is there any solution for this requirement?

Hi Yaita-san,

These are the only controllers that have the automotive qualification for this power range. The other part is the UCC28950-Q1 but that is phase shifted full bridge and it not acceptable as you mentioned in the post.
