search load switch that faster current limit response time

Hi Simon,

You may want to take a look at the TPS22951.  The current limit for this device is 600mA and the scope shots in the datasheet all show response times much lower than 500us:

Thanks for your suggestion, but TPS22951 continues current spec:300mA.

Since my application continues current need 350mA.

Do you have other suitable solution that continues current spec around 500mA?

The TPS25921 should be able to satisfy your conditions.  Here is a scope shot from the datasheet showing a very quick OCP response:
