I want to design buck boost on lm3447..can anyone help me out to design transformer on epc13?

Here you can download the schematics, BOM, Gerber files, and test reports. So this should be a great starting point for you.

You can use the spreadsheet that is already on the web. Just make the turns ratio 1:1 and that will give you the calculations for the non-isolated buck-boost.

That is correct. You will just use an inductor with the primary inductance value and no secondary.
