Hi team,

The recommended input range of TPS27081A is 1V to 8V as datasheet. However it does not specify the RDS(ON) @ -1V VGS. Can anyone provide this spec?

Hello John,

I took some data in the lab and the RDS(on) at Vin =1V is in the range of 500 mOhm.

The RDS(on) begins a sharp upturn just below 1V, so I also expect there to be some variation.
