Vincenzo,
I do not see anything in the screen shot that would prevent the FETs from turning on. Can you send an srec file from the pack and I will try it.

Vincenzo,

A hidden word had been cleared in your data flash and this disabled the FETs. I repaired it in the attached srec file. Be sure not to write to the data at address 0x495E.
