I am looking at the 5113 half-bridge driver. Will this part be offered (sometime in the future) in Rad-Hard for space applications? Do you have another part(s) for high side (48v) and low side Rad Hard drivers.

Hi Bob, at this point in time we do not offer any rad-hard component in the GaN family.

Hi Alberto, I am also looking for solutions for driving GaN HEMTs in high radiation environments. I realize that this post was from last year, but I would really appreciate some guidance on the matter. Like Bob, I am looking for a replacement option for the LM5113. Thank you.

Hi Ansel,
as you have taken note of, the LM5113 is not rad-hard qualified and we currently do not have any GaN specific drivers that are.
If you need a driver for a high radiation environment you would have to pick one that has such qualification, and confirm that it is able to operate at the lower voltage ranges imposed by the maximum Vth on GaN HEMTs.
